The Ratik mini is a pretty straightforward zombie type of mini-- in fact, Ratik may look a bit more decayed than he's currently described (he's got a case of Michael Jackson nose there). The somewhat odd pose of the arms is emulated in another Mize zombie, part of the Zombie Lord and Lackeys set.
Given the figure's appearance, I did end up making him look somewhat more cadaverous than the description in Van Richten's Guide to the Walking Dead-- and here I must make a special aside: like Van Richten, I find that plenty of research can do a lot towards giving a mini an effective or authentic appearance. That said, I rather unwisely went to rotten.com to attempt to look at an example of cadaverous pallor. I really cannot recommend this to anyone unless they are of a rather less sensitive temperament than I, as it was honestly disgusting.
That said, a touch of light purple mixed into a pale beige (I actually used to have a color called 'Undead Flesh', but the best approximation I can find now is Delta Ceramcoat's 'Sandstone') gives a suitably bloodless tone. Shadowing with brown ink washes (the 'flesh wash' I usually use is more red) and highlighting with touches of the unmixed pale beige and pure white accent the effect. In the wake of new information from the Guide to the Walking Dead, giving him a yellow shirt is probably not an ideal choice, but it seemed like a fun way to allude to his memory of yellow cloth.
